I was staying at the nearby Hilton Princess and this was an easy walk. The restaurant occupies a nice space and has it's own parking lot (always nice in Managua). It can get a little loud between people's conversations and also the music they play so be warned. The food I had was quite good, a shrimp dish with a few sides. Service was attentive and I survived the language barrier pretty easily. Note: the menus are in Spanish and English which is nice. I'd gladly dine here again.
