“Nice coffee and flowers”
Reviewed 13 March 2014

The coffee at Cafe Las Flores is really VERY good. It's certainly nice to sit inside. Outside it's loud from the nearby road, though the flower shop provides a nice setting anyway. Check out the carrot muffin. The croissants are very large, though not really what you expect when you think of a croissant. Try the omlette with dried tomato!

“Same company, but this time, a different address”
Reviewed 23 February 2014

Addresses are confusing in Nicaragua, but for sure, this was not the same café that I reviewed last time, but a much smaller place, also in Managua.

The menu was not exactly the same either, but had very interesting things. We ordered an Asian wrap and a Panini de Paris. Asian wrap came with fresh carrots & celery with a dip and two yummy wraps. Panini had meat and also jam in it. We enjoyed our breakfast.

At 9.15 or so the little café was full. There was seating outside and the air-conditioned inside. The service was good.

This café was not as nice as the other one I reviewed about 2 months ago, but it was great to have a café even closer to our residence.

“Great place for brunch!”
Reviewed 30 November 2013

This was a very beautiful café with great food! The café was decorated tastefully and there was a prominent display of their coffee plantation on the wall, which added to the beauty of the place. Their las Flores coffee was displayed in all different packages. There also were other Christmas artifacts for sale. The café had a great ambiance. Another plus was a table with plug points for laptops or what not dedicated to the Wi-Fi crowd.

The menu had a good variety of food and from looking around it seemed like everything was presented nicely, which made one hungry. Coffee came in three different sizes and the mugs bearing the name 'café las Flores' were cute.

We ordered a spinach wrap with all sort of goodies inside and a bagel with Virginia ham & Swiss cheese. It was all very tasty. Coffee was also great. The large mug of coffee stayed so hot for such a long time that we had to ask them to put it in a paper cup to take out in order to finish it.

The service was very good and the servers were very friendly. For everything (tax included) the bill was around $17. It was worth the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch at café las Flores.

“Enjoyed the experience”
Reviewed 7 November 2013

The first thing you appreciate is the architecture, it's a mix between rustic and modern, very stylish inside, excellent atmosphere, excellent meal, I enjoyed my tee, free wifi and very good (had breakfast with my girlfriend over skype and didn't have any problems). The only opportunity of improvement that they have is not to take so long to give you the bill, but everything else is excellent.
