This place is a scam. It is not a real hotel, but a residential home. The front entrance of the hotel is actually a garage and you have to pass through the owner's cars to actually get to the lobby which is unattended most of the time. Moreover, the place is unknown by all local taxis and they can't find it even with the complete address. I had to stay 2 hours in a taxi driving around the neighborhood as he was unable to find it.
The room I got had no outside window. The beds have no blankets and they put the A/C to a maximum so it's actually freezing inside the room while it's hot outside. Contrary to the description, there is no internet signal in the room and you have to go only in a few spots of the common area to get a signal. Nobody speaks anything else than Spanish and they make no effort to understand any other language. There is a swimming pool in the inside courtyard but I actually saw rats passing through the gutter while I was swimming there... For breakfast, I asked for tea and the lady had no idea what that drink was and the best I could get was "manzana té", an apple-flavored herbal infusion. The rest of breakfast is local heavy nicaraguaian breakfast with omelet, rice and beans but no fresh fruits.
The place is very dark and unattended most of the times. There is no restaurant or no interesting place in a walking distance in what is a residential neighborhood. I had no other desire than to leave this place as soon as I could.
