First the good: it's quiet, and they offer a free airport transfer. It has aircon and international tv channels. The room is comfy and the receptionist friendly. It has a restaurant onsite, which you'll need if you're travelling without a car as it's not really walkable to anywhere. There's a nice small pool.
The bad: yes, it has wifi - but it doesn't reach all the rooms - so I'm without wifi unless I sit in the sun/in the restaurant. Lots of confusion at checkin over the price and whether or not a deposit had been paid (luckily I'd printed the details from booking.com, but it took 20 mins and three calls to the boss to get it sorted out - I'm glad I speak good spanish!) The restaurant has white wine but seemingly don't know it's supposed to be chilled - a small detail, perhaps, but when it costs as much for a glass as a meal does elsewhere in Nica, such details matter).
This is a reasonable place to stay if you're connecting thru Managua, but for US$70+, which goes a very long way in Nicaragua, they could do better.
