Jaleo is a decent restaurant, I've been about 4 times, nothing to rave about, but nothing much to complain about. A lot of people go more for the scene than the food. It's a popular spot among locals, attracting a younger crowd ages 20-30, who generally reserve large tables outsides on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and eat and drink and linger. Inside is much quieter if you're looking for a more romantic or just quieter dinner. The menu isn't huge, but the food is good, lots of good flavor. They tend to use too much sauce on a lot of their dishes, drowning the food. Also the appetizer portions are much too small in my opinion. Jaleo is worth a try, but there are better restaurants for the price.
