“Yes, We Agree”
Reviewed 9 January 2012

Stuck in a hotel over the Christmas holidays, we figured our trip would be marred by hotel food. WRONG ! This spot is in a hotel, but that is where it ends. Good warm environment, choices for seating and romance if you dare ask for the quiet corner, as well as super staff. Whether you dined as a guest or an all inclusive guest (not us but some people we met) the service and food timing was very good. Fusion meals were above average, steaks and pastas were very good as well. Good wine list
We had to dine there one night but ate there 3 times by choice.
That should tell you something.....

“Unique Menu, Excellent Service, Great Food”
Reviewed 8 October 2011

Because it is in the Radisson, this gem of a restaurant might be missed by many visitors to Panama City. It is well worth the trip to Punto Paitilla. The menu is so unique with such unusual items it actually takes a while to read through. The lobster risotto with Pixbae was outstanding and the "Bon" for dessert was the most unique dessert I've ever had (and I travel 100,000 miles a year).
They also have an extensive martini menu should be you tempted to enjoy a 'Sambatini"

“Interesting mixture of tastes”
Reviewed 2 August 2011

This restaurant is in the Radisson Hotel but a better choice than nearby options. The menu features dishes which combine unusual flavors. Note that the menu on the website is NOT their current menu. I had a "long" steak with a blue cheese and fig reduction sauce. It came with a side of baby pearl onions in a piquant brown sauce. I have never seen this cut of beef. About 1 1/2 inches wide and 9 inches long. It was perfectly cooked and the various flavors interacted well. With a glass of house Shiraz it was a lovely meal. The restaurant was almost empty. However I was early by Panamaian standards at 7PM. It is very dark. However they were kind enough to raise the lights at my table so I could read.

“...real cosmopolitan buzz to the restaurant ...”
Reviewed 3 December 2010

I quite like this restaurant, it’s always good for a change. There is a real cosmopolitan buzz to the restaurant (being in a hotel) and their menu is quite unusual for Panama I would say.

“Very nice restaurant”
Reviewed 28 January 2010

We were staying at the Radisson so we had breakfast there 7 days in a row. The buffet is excellent. Plenty of choices and the price was not unreasonable at $15 per person. Eggs have to be ordered separately. Great service. First class place in general.

We also had dinner there one night. Lots of menu choices. Excellent food but it's not cheap. No problems with the dinner service either. The only issue we had was that they turn the lights down very low at night and it was quite difficult reading the menu. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience.
