I travel to Augusta, ME for travel and in the past have had trouble finding a decent hotel to stay at, This Hampton Inn is a great hotel in Augusta near restaurants, actviities and businesses. Staff are so friendly, amenties great and rooms are clean and comfortable. A must stay!
We would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be the noise from doors closing in the hallway in the morning.
Very well-maintained hotel with friendly, helpful staff who kept asking if I needed anything. Would definitely stay there again. Free breakfast was generous and room was clean and warm in the midst of snowstorm. Recommend highly.
they have everything you need and it is at a great price. The rooms are always clean and fresh. It is not the ritz but who has time to enjoy the ritz on a one day business trip. I have stayed at this hotel before on business and it has exceeded my expectations each time.
This hotel was extremely clean and furnished tastefully. All rooms are non smoking rooms so there is no lingering smoke smell from surrounding rooms, and I love animals but prefer to stay in a hotel that does not have them stayhing in guest rooms. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
We stayed here for three nights over Christmas after an ice storm knocked out power to our house. The hotel was absolutely full with other storm refugees and electrical linesmen from several states during a week which is usually a slow week for the hotel. Every staff member was gracious and willing to go out of their way to make everyone as comfortable as possible during a difficult time whether that took the form of opening a meeting room as a playroom for children also staying in the hotel over Christmas or gracefully working extra long hours.
The property is scrupulously clean and comfortable with WiFi in the rooms. It provided us a warm, comfortable place with electricity and internet connectivity when we really needed it. As an extra plus, the staff was wonderful.
