The location is quite convenience in Annapolis, although the strip mall needs a bit of rehab work. We sat outside and in spite of the car noise (Friday night cruising) enjoyed our meal. The staff was very friendly, the owner came out to chat with us, and the other dinners were all happy. We had the calamari (grilled, NOT fried) with a green salsa sauce and it was superb. With the daquiris and a nice Spanish red a wonderful way to start the meal. All of our entrees were fantastic and all had a depth of flavor rarely found in hispanic restaurant offerings. The servings were quite adequate, but not "heaping." We'll be returning.
