Spending a Sunday in Annapolis starts with a delicious and heavy brunch at Harry Brown. The ambiance inside or outside is nice. Excelent service, good scramble eggs, waffles an....shrimps all thevway. No regrets for $22,

Our families got to gather and had brunch in a private room upstairs at Harry's .It was decorated beautifully in black and white, with a glass of mimosa to start off with. The brunch was delicious with fresh mussels, salmon, meatloaf, omelette station and tons of salads and deserts.
We loved this small quaint seaside town and lucky for us,it had a festival going on while we were there. Lots of people and sunshine to enjoy. The US Naval Academy had a great tour enjoyed by some.

Harry Browne's offers outside seating and a daily happy hour. The staff was professional and fun. We asked for some raw veggies with our wine and after teasing us about being rabbits, the waiter brought us carrots, celery and tomatoes. This was not on the menu but that did not defer him.

After the restaurant closes, the upstairs bar stays open. You have to walk down an alley beside the building to find the bar. We ended our days with a night cap at the bar and the service and attitude was just as nice as the restaurant. The bar is intimate and quiet.

GREAT FIND

We were looking for an upscale meal and this certainly fit the bill. The menu was a little limited, not an emphasis on seafood, but what we ordered was definitely delicious and the service impeccable. My husband had rack of lamb and I had beef tenderloin encrusted with crabmeat. Both were great. We had glasses of wine too from a very extensive wine list. The waitress was delightful, no hurrying. And she even took a great picture of us! It was a wonderful evening...

We had our wedding celebration dinner in the first floor Capital Room private dining room and the whole experience from start to finish was superb. Kate Cole was exceptional in helping us organise everything from where we live in England. The room, hor d'oeuvres, drinks, our meal, our server Samantha were all first class. Thank you so much and we will be recommending you to all we know.
