From location to decoration to the owners, Flag House was perfect !
Located directly across from Naval Academy and a block from to town dock, easy walk to all activities. The rooms are decorated with antiques, prints and custom window treatments. Elegant.
Charlotte and Bill welcomed us like old friends and made us feel at home. Delicious breakfasts were great way to start our day.
Will Come back next year!

Great location- park your car and walk to everything. The house was steps away from the US Naval Academy. Make certain you go to the museum on the campus. Great restaurants all nearby. The hosts, Bill and Charlotte, were warm and wonderful people. The breakfast, blueberry french toast was exceptional. In every way, this is a great B&B!

We stayed for two nights. It was easy to find and being able to park your car there is a huge perk. Our hosts were attentive and helpful in directing us to the sights and attractions in town. The breakfasts are delightful. Umbrellas are available for rainy weather and we needed them for our tour around the Academy. The inn could not be closer to Gate 1. The location allows you to walk to all the major attractions. We liked seeing our NY flag flying out front. The inn is full of beautiful furnishings and is decorated with flare. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms spotless. Our bed on the third floor was very comfortable. It is everything you want in a B&B.

My wife and I had never done a Bed and Breakfast before, so we were pleased to have our first experience at the Flag House Inn in Annapolis. The owners (Bill and Charlotte) were very helpful and accommodating, and we enjoyed their friendly conversation. The place was clean and well kept, the breakfasts were delicious, Bill and Charlotte were personable, and the location was perfect.

The hosts were excellent during our recent stay at the Flag House Inn. Lots of personal touches with the state flags in front representing the states of all the guests. Very clean and nice rooms. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed for USNA Parents Weekend and the location can't be beat. Charlotte and Bill are extremely hospitable and warm. Their lovely home is quiet, neat, well appointed, and set up to afford privacy for all of the guests. I was able to spend time with my Plebe up until the last minute which was precious time. Other family members were able to gather on the porch and in the living room. Free parking, delicious food, and within walking distance of all major Annapolis sites.

We stayed just one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer and look forward to a return stay. Charlotte and Bill are wonderful hosts. Our friends who live in the area met us at the Inn and Charlotte allowed us to have some (of our own) wine and cheese in their parlor and she offered us real wine glasses. It was great! We even enticed her to join us for a glass. Our room on the 3rd floor was cozy with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Inn is located just a block of the main street and the city dock. It was so convenient, yet so quiet. Breakfast was delicious and overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Charlotte recommended a great restaurant (Galway Bay) and ice cream place (Annapolis Ice Cream) and they were fantastic places! Thank you Charlotte and Bill!
