We're we all staying at the same hotel? While this Residence Inn is an older apartment complex styled property, it's in a quiet office park setting, very convenient to US50 and downtown Annapolis. I had a great studio room that was perfectly clean; the furnishing weren't worn or tattered; the maid service was fine; the front desk staff helpful and pleasant. The breakfast bar was *exactly* what you get at other Residence Inns - and it changed every day. It had hot and cold items (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, toast, fruit, cereal, breads, doughnuts, etc.) My only dissapointment was the p.m. hospitality hour - it was a little short on food, and didn't offer any beer or wine. I can usually make a pretty decent evening meal out of the p.m. buffet at other Residence Inns. Not here though.
Let's all keep our eye on the ball here: Residence Inn are intended for *long term* business and family travellers. It's not a full service Marriott resort, and is never intended to be. As a Marriott Rewards Silver Level Member, I though this was as good as it gets in a town where the average room rate is somewhere between $150 and $250 per night.More
