Andyman has decent baked goods, some outstanding, and the coffee and drinks are ok with good variety But they (and we) would benefit bytheir paying more attention to the customer's experience from start to finish. As some have reported, the service is slow, especially if they have to prepare a sandwich or similar item as the prep procedures are very inefficient and some of the staff seem poorly trained. We have often gotten simple orders that were incorrect, and sometimes the counter help walks away before hearing the entire request and they miss the details. The line is sometimes out the door, but that only takes 4-5 people as the waiting area is small The problem is how slow it moves because of the chaos inside. I will drive by if there are more than a couple of people in line if I don't have an extra 20 minutes.
Two more things on the negative side: 1.The baked goods should be rotated out more often as we have gotten stale pastry on occasion, and 2. the bakery display case, filled with great looking pastries, has become a playground for more than a couple of flies. Doesn't matter how good the cookie is if a fly is on top. I hope they wiil listen to some of these reviews because this could be a great place with a little more attention to details.
