Dim sum is outstanding--favorites include seafood and also pork shumai, crystal shrimp dumplings, crab claws, and pork wrapped in bamboo sheets.
The "Dry Braised" dishes combine copious amounts of Szechuan peppercorns with garlic, onions, leeks, bamboo shoots, and peppers and come with beef, pork, chicken or our fave--fish dredged in cornstarch and fried crisp.
We usually combine a dry braised fish with an order of bok choy and black mushrooms or the mustard greens--either perfectly sautéed crisp-tender with slivers of garlic.
Attentive and friendly service always.
