The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. Situated some 3km from the center.
Be aware they say the offer is half-board but the dinner is offered in a place in city center. This restaurant was cheap but served chicken schnitzel completely uncooked, refused to change it! In the end, although we had vouchers from the hotel they pretended extra cash for this and that they didn't said it wasn't covered by vouchers...like ice-cream, salads, mineral water etc... nice opportunity to visit the biggest kitsch ever but also some genuine cultural and historical places
ATTENTION the prices are extremely low but from my experience they will try to rip you off every chance they have...maybe is a cultural thing...I don't know
The restaurant
So my advice: If you really really want this hotel do not chose half board and instead try to discover a decent restaurant

Accomodation is acceptable for one night even if in the bathroom there was a non friendly smell. I hope it was just the room 203 case. Avoid it. For 35 eur what i paid for 2 adults, i recommend it. POS was out of order, so it was impossible to pay with credit card.

As a budget motel, Bianko met our expectations for a good, basic play to stay. Our room on the top floor was very small and the bathroom smaller, but it was a good place for us to drop our luggage and experience the city. The bathroom had one of the shower stalls where there is nothing more than a shower curtain so it takes some skill to avoid soaking the tile floor outside of it. However, the reception by the staff really was what made the stay there excellent. They were very accommodating, arranging a very reasonably priced shuttle service to and from the airport (and the price was the same, or even less, than using cabs). We had no problems communicating with staff in English and they were most helpful with giving local information and making arrangements for us, all while offering us coffee, tea, and candy. There is a children's playground on one side of the building and a patio area on the other side. We took our meals at their restaurant downtown (Anja) and found them to be excellent and staff were easy to communicate with there as well. If one is looking for a budget place to stay that's comfortable (though small) and about a 15 minute walk from the Stone Bridge/downtown area, Bianko will work for that.

The staff there is always smiling and very very very helpful. The light in our bathroom burned out and as the facility manager was not there are that point and it was more than just changing the light-bulb the girl at the front desk just changed our room:). The breakfast was very delicious and was brought to us to the front desk. The Hotel's restaurant is in the center and we went there a couple of times as the food was divine. We where looking for a specific place in Skopje and the ladies on the front desk even made a call to check, showed us on the map and were very polite. A special thank you to them :)

Room Tip: Rooms are very cosy and clean.

Great Hotel. No complaints at all. Booked in double standard room - pretty smal but very cosy, comfortable and super clean. Internet was okay, breakfast was very good. The lady at the reception was AMAZING. Giving directions every day and assisting with anything. Extremely polite. I recommend this property.

Room Tip: Closer room to the stairs may give you better wi fi connection.
