There is free entry to this museum. It is worth having a quick look if onl to see an interesting repurposing of a building. This was once the train station, which was damaged in the 1963 earthquake. The main exhibit is a very well displayed story of the 1963 Skopje earthquake and its aftermath. There is good English signage. After looking at this exhibit one looks at the buildings in the city with more informed eyes.
There was also a mildly interesting art exhibit in the entry room. It wasn't clear whether this was a permanent exhibit or not.
