....when you stay at a Hampton Inn and that is the main reason why I always stay at Hampton Inns when I travel. You know that you are going to get accommodations that are clean, quiet, classy. This hotel knows how to treat customers! Everything was perfect!

This is a nice property in a quiet location off a major road. My wife (who is very particular about how clean a room should be) was very satisfied. The room was large and had a sitting area with a couch near the window and lamps for reading, etc. Great bed with plenty of pillows. Our only problem was that the refrigerator didn't work. I called the front desk and Kelsey came up herself to fix it and just plugged it in. Nice breakfast and nice staff so we would deffinately stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The laundry was out of service. The hotel sign was Impossible to see, as it was completely hidden by the Gabriel Insurance Sign. Room was just a bit small, but clean & otherwise comfortable & well furnished.

Room Tip: Indoor pool is across from 105 so you may want to ask for something on 2nd floor.

Stayed here in June 2014 with my boyfriend when we were in town for a wedding. Had a very nice experience but rating it as a 3 just due to the lack of anything special or unique - it's a chain hotel through and through.

Highlights were: Free breakfast, free coffee in the lobby at all times, and very helpful staff (our wedding shuttle was late, they offered to help with taxis, and so on).

There is a gym and a pool but we didn't get a chance to use either. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable -- the bed in particular struck me as quite comfy. It's set back off the main road via a long driveway, so it was very quiet. I liked that there was a large, empty mini-fridge for us to use in the room.

One important thing is that there weren't any non-chain restaurants around. We almost had lunch at Chili's until a friend recommended we drive ~10-15 minutes to Worcester, which was much more quaint. The hotel is on a main road with fast food, a CVS, several supermarkets, and so on.

This hotel is close to Boston. It is situated of the road, so it is very quiet. The front desk person was really nice and helpful. The room was pleasant, and the bed really comfortable. Departure and arrival procedures were promptly executed. I would recommend that hotel should you be in this area.

I prefer to stay at the Hampton and Hilton chain of hotels. I always know the room will be clean and the staff friendly. This trip was no exception. I was pleased with the service and the stay! The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel is off the main road and did not have a very large sign showing where it was located. The GPS had trouble directing me to the hotel because of where it was located. The sign for the hotel could only be seen from one side of the road. The staff expressed that many customers have trouble finding the hotel. I would recommend the Hotel make finding their site easier. Other than that, once we got there it was a great place to stay!
