Our first visit to Nantucket was great! The location of Seven Sea St is central and convenient without being surrounded by noise and foot traffic. Customer service at Seven Sea St is first-rate. Prior to our first visit to Nantucket, I had several questions. Every time I called Matt was there to answer the phone. He not only answered my questions, he did so with patience and courtesy. We also found Claudia and Judith (and Oreo) to be both friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent. I found myself waking up each morning excited about what Claudia was going to surprise us with for breakfast. We stayed in the guest house. Our room was more than sufficient for our needs. I found the bed very comfortable and particularly enjoyed the pillows. In addition to our room, all of the common areas were well kept and clean. I would also like to mention the website. We were very impressed and pleased with how easy it was to navigate, the wealth of information available and how well organized it all was. We hope to return someday!!

I would definately recommend Seven Sea Street Inn. It is a great location. Right near the Whaling Museum in town, Youngs Bike shop, great restaurants, beaches, shopping.

Matt is the owner of the Inn. He is there each morning serving breakfast and answering any questions. When you arrive he goes over the map of the Island and points out his favorite restaurants and things to do. Every recommendation he made was perfect!! The Inn and rooms are very clean and charming. We will definately return to Seven Sea Street Inn and beautiful Nantucket!! I miss it!

Thank you for this very nice review! It's true, our location can't be beat ... on a quiet side street just around the corner and a short walk from world class shopping, restaurants, museums and beaches.

And I appreciate you mentioning our hospitality which, aside from providing comfortable and clean lodging accommodations, is what really makes the difference. We do our best to welcome our guests with personal service and insider recommendations, so their Nantucket experience is a truly special and memorable one.

Thanks again and we look forward to your return!

I selected this inn after reading other Trip Advisor reviews. First of all,the Inn is perfectly located - just a quick walk from the ferry. The room was very nice and clean. Air conditioner was in good working order. There were nice terry robes hanging in the closet, luggage racks, iron and ironing board. I would definitely recommend this Inn and will stay there again on my next visit.

Our stay at the inn was a memory maker! From the minute we stepped through the front door, to the moment of our departure, Matt and Claudia were welcoming, accommodating and extremely helpful. The inn has such a cozy ambiance and a superior location- we were "in town," just off a side street, but never once felt it was noisy or too busy. The entire inn is immaculate and the breakfasts are certainly worth waking up for each day. We loved it!

Matt Parker's Seven Sea Street Inn provides very comfortable, charming accommodations (very neat and clean besides) in historical Nantucket close to the harbor and shopping. Matt and Claudia are always attentive, always eager to provide information on the island itself and what amenities are available. Their recommendations with precise directions were very helpful. Breakfasts at the Inn were a real treat with lots of fresh fruit, homemade dishes, and Matt on the spot to make certain we had plenty to eat. Breakfast was made even more enjoyable as we conversed with fellow travelers, some of whom have returned to the Inn every year. It's easy to understand why. Problem was, we only stayed two days...much too short of time to take in all Nantucket has to offer. Can't recommend the Seven Sea Street Inn enough! We'll go back.

My family and I were on Nantucket for three days in early June, 2013. We found the Seven Sea Street Inn to be an excellent place to stay. Matt and Claudia were very courteous and helpful. Their suggestions for food, bikes, trails, etc. were all spot on. Matt helped us arrange for a tour during our stay as-well-as a taxi for our departure. The breakfast was very good and the cookies available during the day were extremely tasty! I would recommend this B&B to anyone who is planning a visit to Nantucket.

Dear Randy S,

I'd like to thank you for taking the time to write a review on our behalf. I'm so glad you found us to be an excellent choice for your Nantucket accommodations. We know vacation time is precious and we do our best to make sure our guests experience the very best Nantucket has to offer, in terms of things to see and do, transportation options, along with our favorite recommended dining choices. Claudia keeps the continental breakfast creative and fresh, and her fresh baked toffee chocolate chip cookies are irresistible.

Sincerely,
Matthew Parker, Innkeeper/Owner
