Just about service provided was excellent and exceeded our expectations, well done. It was so convenient to town, beaches and bike path. A wonderful secluded location for rest and relaxation for stressed out Bostonian s.

What a wonderful stay! Our children booked this trip so we might visit the island where we honeymooned 60 years ago. The Inn's location to the Wharf and downtown Nantucket was especially convenient for seniors. Breakfast every morning was first rate. Extras included daily newspapers, second floor library, and luggage room. Accommodations were very clean and well appointed. Inn Keeper Matthew Parker and Assistant Claudia assisted with planning activities, too, including Fast Ferry travel, island tours, rental car, taxi service, etc. A truly memorable experience. ~Vince & Terry

I had no expectations before staying at Seven Seas Street Inn. Frankly, I just found the B&B on the internet. Turns out it is a very nice place! Loved the library upstairs and it's in a perfect location. There is a nice lady at the inn named Claudia. I spoke to her after an evening stroll through town. Seems she prepares the breakfast spread in the morning but was working the evening shift as well. One bite from her made-from-scratch peach cobbler during breakfast had me saying, "Claudia, will you marry me?"

Room Tip: I had room #1…..Perfect for waking up to morning sunshine -which I prefer.

Spent two days at Seven Sea Street Inn this week. Matt and his staff continue to provide one of the most comfortable B&B's we have ever visited. The room was nicely sized with a very comfortable king-sized bed (silk blanket). We love the towels in the bathroom. The new flat screen TV's have a pretty easy-to-use channel line-up. A really likable feature is the breakfast: a common table allows for meeting folks. Last week people from California, Arizona, Cambridge England. It's fun to compare events and restaurants. This was our third visit, but not our last.

Room Tip: The guest house is quiet.

As a business traveler I expect good service and good accommodations. At Seven Sea Street Inn you get both plus that feeling of home.
The staff are friendly, obliging and go out of their way to help and direct you to current events and places of interest.
If and when I go back to Nantucket this is the only place I will stay!

This review is overdue. We stayed here in April. Can't say enough great things about Matt, the owner, and especially Claudia! They go out of your way to make every moment of your visit enjoyable! Claudia, the quiche you made one morning was the most delicious I have ever had! This Inn is in a terrific location. Book here...you won't be sorry!

My wife and I completely enjoyed our three night stay at Seven Sea Street Inn last week, May 27-30, 2014. The room was spacious, clean, and unique, with lots of woodwork and a very nice post and beam ceiling... really nice to be in the room. It was easy to be there, and Matt, Claudia , and Judith were accomodating and did all they could to make our stay special. The Inn is comfortable, with a nice library, rooftop catwalk overlooking Nantucket Harbor, and the location is perfect. It is an easy walk to Brant Point, or town, where you will find plenty of shopping and dining. We would certainly recommend this Inn, and hope to return as soon as possible!
