We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to beaches and town was easy to use and the pool and breakfast were excellent. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

I stayed here for one night this past weekend. This is a charming hotel located directly across from the airport. Here is a quick summary of our stay:

Pros: Clean, warm service the people at the front desk are super friendly and very helpful. They serve a full breakfast buffet which is included with your stay. The buffet included eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, waffles, pancakes, toast, bagels, fruit and pastries. It was very good.

Cons: The hotel is not far from downtown but you cannot really walk it. They offer a shuttle that leaves the hotel on the hour, but if you only there for a few days and you slept in and missed it your choices are to wait for the next one or take a taxi which costs about $18 to town. I think the hotel should have the shuttles working every 30 minutes vs. every hour that would truly make a big difference.

The rooms are nice but we were located in the far building it's short little walk. Given that I think the rooms should have minibars available with water, soda and snacks so if you wake up thirsty in the middle of the night you have options. They do have a vending machines and I did purchase water so we had it in our rooms but if you forgot there is only tap water.

The bed are ok comfortable, would recommend feather pillows vs. foam and the comforters need to go, they are heavy and almost like a vinyl finish to them I really did not find them to be comfortable at all.

Other than that it a cute hotel. I can't say I would stay here again but I think I would look for something closer to town like the Beachside or White Elephant.

Nice facility, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast served in a beautiful setting. They have always gone out of their way to accommodate me. They have an hourly shuttle running to town and the beach, I've never had to rent a car. They have helped me with things from an early check in, to other reasonable requests. It's a nice place with friendly staff.

Pretty, well maintained grounds. Clean, comfortable rooms. I can't say enough about the staff. Friendly, courteous and very helpful. Nantucket Inn is located outside of town and across from the airport. We didn't seem to notice much airport noise. The Inns shuttle service made getting to town, the beach or ferry very easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Room tip: Most rooms overlook attractive courtyards.

Large enough hotel to accommodate block of rooms for wedding guests. Rooms are small but able to fit 2 full size beds (not queens), small frig in room for beverages or left-overs, buildings with rooms are separated from main lounge and breakfast area, hotel is out of town but across from airport,.Free shuttle vans are frequent to downtown for dinner and ferry so we didn't need a car. Breakfast included in price of room (for 2 people only, additional cost for others in room), was buffet with lots of choices and seating is indoor or out on deck. Our wedding hired separate buses for transport of family to the wedding & reception and return.

Room tip: Ask for room close to main building for convenience to breakfast, shuttle and indoor pool

Thank you Mike S. September is wedding season on Nantucket with sometimes as many as thirty ceremonies taking place all over the island on any given weekend. We are so happy to host the guests for these wonderful celebrations. And we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We would also take this opportunity to remind future guests that Saturdays are very busy arrival days and that we often cannot grant early check-in - even for weddings - so please plan accordingly (or better yet, use an extra vacation day and arrive Friday) Thank you and cheers to all the newlyweds!
