Recently stayed in one of the White Elephant's cottages (two-bedroom). Was super warm and inviting, with plenty of charm. Having a private deck was hands down one of the best parts. Perfect for reading one of any number of national newspapers available free of charge from the main hotel (as well as yummy breakfast pastries!). Felt like we got to live like an island local. And was such a short stroll to town. Top recommendations in town are the Brotherhood of Thieves for a pint (try one of the local brews like the Whales Tale Ale) or the new Brick Bistro. Didn't get to eat at the latter but popped by for a quick drink as it seemed to have a ton of buzz. Boy was it buzzing! Can't wait to go back. Will definitely be staying at the White Elephant again!
