Enter thru a small door wedged between buildings, and surprise- a wonderful restaurant experience awaits. Decor is authentic Latin American as is the food. Ceviche is the best we have ever had, and make sure you try the drunken Nachos- you will never want regular nachos again.

I made a reservation for Mother's Day. They called me to confirm . We were greeted warmly. We had guacamole with homemade tortilla chips, pork empanada, their famous sweet fried plantains, rice and beans, and enchiladas with mole sauce, and of course a Margarita. As you can tell from our choices, their theme is Latin American. We were able to share the entree. You can get away without spending a lot by getting some appetizers, and sharing food, (always a good thing to try a new cuisine). They have no problem responding to the request for plates to share. We like to go a few times every summer. They also have a raw bar upstairs. Besides having good food, all the staff seem to really enjoy working there, which really adds to the ambiance. This is a winner

I had oysters for appetizer and they were fresh, sweet and chilled perfectly. My husband had duck empanadas and he enjoyed. We both ordered the fish tacos and shared a side order of plantains...all so delicious, but too much food! Suggestion to do either just appy's or just entrees, eating both are two much. We did have 2 margaritas which were perfect, fresh and not from a mix. Recommend reservations and early dinner, it us a popular place. Will go back here for sure.

Great cocktails and apps. Such a fun vibe, great to go on a date or with friends. All the ceviche's are amazing! So fresh and many layers of flavor. Rice & beans great, pardon peppers, cant really go wrong with anything on the menu. Bar lively and fun, Porron's are a must do!
Also, take-out guacamole and burritos are amazing.

Corazon del Mar is an unusual find for this island: seafood with a Latin flair. Everything that we have tried there is superb, and the cozy, Latin/Moroccan inspired interior is relaxed and fun. It is tiny, and reservations are recommended. This is one place where I can get a really good caipirinha!
