Every single employee at the hotel treated us like family. Every morning they all greeted my wife and me with the biggest, most genuine smiles. They gave us recommendations of what to do, where to go, where to eat and they were all spot on! The hotel is within walking distance to anything you would want to do down town and is only a short drive away from many of the sights to see on the island. Room was fabulous with a complete view of the island and ocean. Can't say enough good things about this place. Will definitely be staying at The Nantucket on our return trip!

Room Tip: The Point Waterview Suite is highly recommended!

Beautiful clean hotel. Paid attention to detail. Excellent service. Greg is great, he treated us like family - while everyone was wonderful he went above and beyond and made our stay memorable.

The amenities were great - The adult only pool was very relaxing. We opted for that over the very noisy main pool. The health club beautiful with very clean and well maintained locker rooms.

We really loved our stay!

If you'd like to be treated like family while enjoying the amenities of a 5 star resort, this is the place for you. Intimate, cozy yet luxurious the staff will go out of their way to ensure your experience is a memorable one. That described our stay last year so when it came time to plan our honeymoon, there was no reason for debate and we returned. And now we've decided to come back every year.

Room Tip: Avoid being near the elevator

This was our first time, and will not be our last, at the Nantucket Hotel. It's big enough to have all the amenities of a large resort, but small enough to feel like you're staying at a little inn. It's close enough to walk easily through the town, but distant enough that the crowds are nowhere near you. The bus stop to Madaket is right there as well, which makes it easy when you want to get to a great beach (and they supply chairs and umbrellas!). We had a 2 bedroom unit, so size was not an issue. The amenities in the room were fantastic (throws for snuggling on the couch, water bottles for use, a little rubber whale for bath time fun, etc). The entire staff were friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The bar staff in the restaurant are so welcoming and treat you more like a family member than a guest. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner and builder of the hotel, which truly added to the personal touch we felt throughout our stay. We were only there 3 days...not long enough. We fully intend to go back someday.

A great Hotel, about 2 years old so the place was in perfect shape. A lot of families with small kids so the main pool area got a little over crowded with little ones but they also have an adult pool not as big but still very nice. the gym was as good or better than the one I use at home, really top notch.

We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 baths, living space and a small kitchen. Probably over the top for the 4 of us but we sure did enjoy it.

The best thing that stood above all else was the service, really super friendly and helpful at every level.

a fair bit pricing but we really loved it!

Room Tip: Try to get a high floor we had a little noise from above.
