They think of everything to make your stay so comfortable. We joined 3 other couples for a Golf Weekend. From courtesy shuttles to transport back and forth from the ferries as well as golf courses daily - we were treated like royalty. Breakfast each day as part of our package is a great addition. They offered us a late checkout without hesitation. Every team member always had a smile on their face and knew each of names like old friends. You need to add this destination to your bucket list of plays to stay. Thanks Jaimie and Michael for all of the personal touches provided.

Room tip: Every room is terrfic

I booked the Nantucket Hotel based on the reviews and photos I had seen online, and comparing this hotel to others. I am so glad I booked the Nantucket Hotel for this special occasion. The staff was cordial and helpful from Guest Services, F&B team to the General Manager. I booked the Spinnaker Suite and it was perfect - little kitchen and dining area, reading nook, large living room and bathroom. The décor reflected the Nantucket area well.

Saturday morning, I went to the Front Desk and spoke with Leanne about my dilemma of ironing out the logistics of my engagement proposal. She proposed and I accepted to have the GM Jamie drive us over to the Toppers Restaurant/Wauwinet Inn on the antique bus, and he would take a photo of the proposal where ever I decided. Jamie was excellent - very social and a pretty good almost close to professional photographer. He captured the moment perfectly, and because of the Nantucket Hotel staff we now have pictures to reflect back on and cherish for a lifetime.

Keep up the great work. You have gained a loyal guest!

We were so excited to be part of your proposal on Nantucket and loved seeing how happy you both were. Do remember, we are one of the best locations on Nantucket for a wedding in our ballroom ( once Covid issues die down) and for honeymoons!

My three girl friends and I had the MOST wonderful stay at The Nantucket. I'm one to shy away from big resorts that may have a stuffy, unwelcoming vibe but this resort is NOT that... everyone was SO accommodating, genuinely seemed to care about your stay and helping in any way they could.

A big shout out to Louis, LeighAnne and Oris who were wonderful and so helpful.

We stayed in The Point which was beautiful and perfect for a short weekend stay. We had a lovely view of the ocean and town from three sides.

Our weekend stay at The Nantucket was wonderful. We traveled with 3 other couples who had all enjoyed previous stays at this wonderful hotel. It was everything we could have hoped for, from the pick-up at the dock, transportation to and from the golf course, the liquor store and dining, complimentary beverages in our rooms. Even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay, the service was top-shelf. We ate breakfast and one dinner in Breeze. The food was excellent. The staff through-out were so professional, especially Michael, the Food & Beverage Manager and Louis, who drove us everywhere that we wanted to go and made sure we had ice in our rooms. Also, a shout out to Jamie, the General Manager. We are making plans to return.

Room tip: Many rooms have outside decks and some are separate cottages.

With the world being upside down, because of COVID-19, what everyone needs is a trip to Nantucket and stay at The Nantucket Hotel. The moment we stepped off the ferry boat, we were greeted by the hospitality van and quickly taken to the hotel, where we were checked in by the most pleasant and helpful person, LeighAnne. Since we took the first morning ferry, our room was not ready, but not a problem. They stored our bags and off we went downtown, which is a few blocks from the hotel, with world class shopping and great restaurants. Our two night stay, was perfect: our room was light and airy, beautifully decorated, big bathroom with a deep tub and separate shower. Through out our stay, LeighAnne, along with everyone who works at the hotel, went out of their way to make sure, that we had a wonderful, COVID safe, experience. After coming to the island for over 40 years, I wouldn’t stay anyplace else!!
