We were greeted by the wonderful staff, who were more than inviting. You can tell they really love where they work and want to relay that passion to their guests. Our room was a 2-bedroom suite that truly felt luxurious. Our suite awaited us with a personalized greeting card and complimentary chocolates and water bottles. Hugh happily drove the hotel van to shuttle us to and from various spots. He offers fun tips and island history, along with lots of comedic relief. Concierge Leanne had excellent recommendations for eating and activity spots. Christina and Leigh Ann were always smiling and willing to help at the front desk. Deb has a true passion for her work at the resort as well, which added to the excitement of being a guest. Overall great experience, and I cannot wait to return!

The Nantucket Hotel & Resort made our birthday weekend so special. From booking to arriving and throughout the trip they could not do enough for us. They suggested going to see the sunset and packed us cooler, chairs and blankets. Every suggestions from dinner places, to activities and drinks on the porch were perfect. I cannot wait to try their other two resorts.

Thank you for the Nantucket Hotel & resort for making us feel very special.

From booking - to traveling to experiencing this amazing island and hotel, we were taken care of like we were someone very special! You have to experience the room - the food and the people! Always wanting to help - to make your stay even better and also make you feel safe away from home during times like we are living in!

Room tip: VIEWS are amazing form the 4th floor!

My wife and I had our honeymoon plans derailed due to COVID-19, and we had to quickly shift gears and find a more local (we are from Massachusetts) spot to celebrate our new marriage. We decided to look into staying on Nantucket for a few nights and found The Nantucket Hotel had so many great reviews that we went ahead and booked a two night stay. We booked over the phone and let them know that it was our honeymoon in case they had any special offers - and boy did they ever!

First we were greeted off the ferry with a shuttle ride to the hotel. I believe this is an already offered service but wanted to mention the convenience and how nice our driver was! He congratulated us upon arrival and seemed genuinely happy for us!

Check in was seamless - we arrived pretty early and they held onto our bags while we went into down for brunch. We returned from brunch to an upgraded suite, towel hearts/swans and rose petals decorating the bed, a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, and a hand written note from the manager congratulating us on our new marriage! The setup was truly fantastic and already made us so happy to have chosen this hotel.

For dinner on our second night, the staff set up a private cabana beside the pool with a romantic table-scape outfitted with candles and flowers! It was a beautiful, private, romantic dinner that we didn’t know we had coming! The service was perfect, and the food was outstanding.

The staff really went out of their way to make us feel special during our stay. We cannot express enough how thankful we are to everyone at the Nantucket for making our honeymoon feel like the honeymoon we originally planned.

Aside from all the extra special attention we got (and there was a lot) their typical service was also outstanding. The concierge was very helpful on giving us all of the “to-dos” on the island and if you wanted to do something that’s a bit out of walking distance, a staff member will give you a lift if their schedule allows for it! We got a ride to and from Cisco brewery which was also fantastic.

For COVID concerns - everything was spotless clean and masks were required in all public areas. Everyone followed the rules, and we didn’t have any concerns during our stay.

Overall, our stay at the Nantucket was incredibly special, and we would recommend a stay here to anyone looking to come to the island for any period of time. We did two nights but wished we had done more!! Again, a huge thank you to the staff for such a great stay!

Nantucket has been a bucket list trip for my husband and I for many years. We decided to go in celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary, despite the restrictions we knew we would encounter amidst a Sept 2020 Covid-19 world. We had a top-notch experience from the minute we entered the hotel --- our room was exceptional (truly memorable) with chilled bottle of champagne, chocolates and a personalized anniversary card. Hurricane weather kept us indoors for the better part of our second day, but we couldn't have been happier to be stuck inside our fabulous, cozy room. The staff was amazing from the ferry pickup to check-in to housekeeping, to on-premise dining, to check-out (the fresh porch apples are amazing!) --- we really felt like we were in another place in time but with all the amenities of a modern, top notch Inn where family takes care of you (we love you Fuya...sorry if I misspelled your name!) We'll definitely be back....we just know it!More

Room tip: Room 45 (and 41) are simply outstanding! Cozy, quiet, great in-room amenities and decor, ocean view.
