The hotel is centrally located near the main street, so access to all parts of the Island is easy to get to.
The hotel and room is exceptionally clean. The staff is efficient, polite, and friendly.

I am continually surprised at the level of service I receive when staying at the Nantucket hotel. It doesn’t seem to matter if you arrive in the summer or winter they are always on point to provide the highest level of service and assistance. Having stayed in many different rooms and out buildings, the hotel is immaculate and beautifully appointed.

Having never been to Nantucket off season, I was not sure what to expect and the staff at the Hotel made it seamless, friendly, welcoming and truly memorable. We went to visit our daughter and everyone was so generous with their suggestions and help. The location, a 5mn walk from town, is ideal and the complementary shuttles very helpful! From the initial pick up at the ferry by Jaime to the front desk warm welcome by LeighAnn, it was truly heartwarming. The suite was very well appointed and the kitchen was stocked with cutlery and plates/mugs. Absolutely love the decor which is nautical without going overboard. The happy hour of wine and cheese was generous and allowed guests to socialize while maintaining social distancing. I had the spa egg white omelet every morning which was hearty and healthy. Even the rain the first few days could not dampen our spirits and the concierge LeeAnn went out of her way to find a restaurant that serves oysters. Can’t wait to return!

The Nantucket Hotel & Resort went above and beyond during our stay. I proposed to my fiancé while we stayed with the resort, and they went out of their way to help make the weekend special for us both. The concierge's and front desk staff were amazing and helped with our every need. Could not say enough great things about this hotel!

Wife and two children had the pleasure of staying at The Nantucket in early Nov 2020 for a short stay. It was our first time and it was the perfect mini vacation thanks to The Nantucket. We booked the fast ferry and hotel last minute. A midweek escape Was perfect way to switch up the scenery at a great price.
Definitely recommended. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was fresh with Nantucket themes and very clean.
We are returning next week for Thanksgiving 2020 and can’t wait.

From the moment we stepped off the ferry, the staff greeted us with open arms and made our stay extremely relaxing and enjoyable! Our two bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a nautical touch. My friends and I were taken care of every step of the way, which made it very hard to leave. Can't wait to return!
