My husband and spent a long weekend in Nantucket celebrating our Babymoon this summer. It was our first time visiting the island and we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations and services offered at the Nantucket Hotel. We received a complementary upgrade upon our arrival and a small gift from the General Manager congratulating us on our Babymoon. The staff was wonderful in providing excellent restaurant and activity recommendations. They also provide shuttle service to the beach along with beach chairs and towels, which was great. The adult pool was wonderful and not crowded at all, and they even have poolside service! We cannot wait to return next year!

My wife, 9 year-old and I visited the Nantucket Hotel for the first time for a few days before Christmas and liked it so much that we returned the next week with some friends! We have visited the sister property on Martha's Vineyard (Winnetu) many times, and found that the Nantucket has all the same features--great location, friendly staff, large cozy rooms (w/kitchenettes), lots of kid activities. Special thanks to Jamie, the general manager, who took us on a Nantucket tour on the hotel's 1930s school bus, to Tim and Nicole at the front desk, Dmitri at the Breeze, the hotel's fine restaurant, and Hugh, our arrival shuttle driver whom we ran into on the ferry back to Hyannis transporting a sick seal to the mainland for treatment. Even wildlife gets personalized service from the Nantucket!
My only suggestion for improvement is that after looking at some pictures of my son and his friend playing chess in the library, I noticed that the board needs to be rotated 90 degrees so that the bottom right corner is white for each player. :)

We had a very safe and pleasant stay at The Nantucket Hotel & Resort on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays .
The entire hotel staff was very professional and courteous which helped promote the festive atmosphere during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nantucket Hotel this weekend. We were very impressed with the COVID protocols that are in place to keep everyone safe, without detracting from our stay or experience. The staff did a great job and we appreciated the little extras like s’mores by the outdoor fire pit for the kids. Dinner at the Breeze was relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend the Hotel for any couples or families visiting Nantucket.
