I’ve had the opportunity to stay in the most luxurious hotels across the world and the most memorable ones have been the ones with the best customer service. The Nantucket Inn ranks the highest in customer service from all of these hotels. Leigh Anne at the front desk is incredibly hospitable, welcoming, professional and attentive to your needs. Ismael and his colleague, Wayne, at the restaurant, give the best service and make you feel at home. The general manager, Jamie Holmes, is an amazing man. He listens to your needs, offers solutions and follows through to make sure your needs are taken care of. The genuine care that he has for the guests and for the hotel goes above and beyond the standard hospitality. I’m so happy I had the opportunity to stay at the Nantucket Inn. I would go back anytime and I highly recommend it to anyone!
