We visited the Nantucket hotel and resort on 77 Easton St. It was a family visit with 2 adults and 2 kids (9 and 5). The visit was last minute and not planned in advance. From start to finish the experience with the hotel was world class. Booking with front desk was very flexible helping us get the perfect room and highly accommodative. They even upgraded our room on arrival once the availability opened up - it made the start of the stay perfect. The pick up at the ferry port was seamless and was very comfortable. The rooms were spotless and in very newly painted and furnished with care and attention. We had everything we needed in the room. Kids loved the rooms and playing around. The staff at front desk all through our stay was warm and very supportive of our constant needs. The kids club on Saturday and Sunday was amazing, kids loved the time they spent. The hotel manager Jamie welcomed us on arrival and was always around to go above and beyond to make the stay very comfortable. We took the historic tour with Hugh and was absolutely worth the time. He was well informed and took time to take us through the town. We were well supported with restaurants to eat in the hotel or outside and their recommendations were spot on. This is a highly recommended hotel where you have the comfort of the home yet enjoy the best of a luxury hotel. They kept the COVID protocols strictly through the hotel and entire sanitization was top class - highly recommend to stay in this place.More
