We visited the Nantucket hotel and resort on 77 Easton St. It was a family visit with 2 adults and 2 kids (9 and 5). The visit was last minute and not planned in advance. From start to finish the experience with the hotel was world class. Booking with front desk was very flexible helping us get the perfect room and highly accommodative. They even upgraded our room on arrival once the availability opened up - it made the start of the stay perfect. The pick up at the ferry port was seamless and was very comfortable. The rooms were spotless and in very newly painted and furnished with care and attention. We had everything we needed in the room. Kids loved the rooms and playing around. The staff at front desk all through our stay was warm and very supportive of our constant needs. The kids club on Saturday and Sunday was amazing, kids loved the time they spent. The hotel manager Jamie welcomed us on arrival and was always around to go above and beyond to make the stay very comfortable. We took the historic tour with Hugh and was absolutely worth the time. He was well informed and took time to take us through the town. We were well supported with restaurants to eat in the hotel or outside and their recommendations were spot on. Really thankful to Jamie and his entire staff for making our stay so wonderful, #41 is a great room to stay.

This is a highly recommended hotel where you have the comfort of the home yet enjoy the best of a luxury hotel. They kept the COVID protocols strictly through the hotel and entire sanitization was top class - highly recommend to stay in this place.

The Nantucket Inn ranks the highest in customer service from all of these hotels. Leigh Anne at the front desk is incredibly hospitable, welcoming, professional and attentive to your needs. Ismael and his colleague, Wayne, at the restaurant, give the best service and make you feel at home. The general manager, Jamie Holmes, is an amazing man. He listens to your needs, offers solutions and follows through to make sure your needs are taken care of. The genuine care that he has for the guests and for the hotel goes above and beyond the standard hospitality. I’m so happy I had the opportunity to stay at the Nantucket Inn. I would go back anytime and I highly recommend it to anyone!

I would highly recommend staying at the Nantucket Hotel for your trip to Nantucket. The accommodations are excellent and the staff is top notch! They are so friendly and helpful in giving advice on what to see and do. They made me feel like family.
