The buffet was so so and the eggs benedict were alwful. The english muffin was not toasted, eggs were rubbery and not sure what the sauce was but it had no taste.

The resort had a bunch of conventions and events the weekend we stayed, they were severely under staffed in this cafe. We came for breakfast and had to wait awhile to be seated, and then our waitress had to step away from serving to deal with disgruntled customers waiting to cash out their bills. We ordered off the menu, rather than deal with the brunch, because they seemed to be getting picked over on the brunch line from the influx of people. It was just average food, sort of bland, I would go out in the TC area for breakfast next time instead of spending so much time waiting on them.

Went with the wife and two young children to this restaurant while staying at the Grand Traverse Resort. There was absolutely no wait to be seated which was nice. The wait staff was very attentive and well mannered. I ordered the ribeye steak which I have to assume was frozen and microwaved. I had requested the steak to be cooked well done but came back medium. I can only assume that was the case because it wasn't grilled there. The kids got some chicken tenders which were good. To make matters slightly more annoying, the wait time was longer than average.

Five of us had dinner at the Sweetwater Café. The service was good and the food was good. As starters we had the Chicken mac & cheese and chicken wings. Food was a Greek salad, a pizza, a Rueben, etc. all was good and no complaints. Located within the Grand Traverse Resort main building.

This restaurant, inside of the Grand Traverse Hotel, offers great food at great prices. The manager and wait staff were very accommodating. Drop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
