A charming restaurant with excellent value dishes that don't compromise the quality. Atmosphere is perfect for couples, main courses and appetizers were absolutely delicious.

“Jack nicholson”
Reviewed 22 March 2014 via mobile

We had lunch here today, and what a delight. I chose the spicy prawns and my husband had the creamy tomato sauce.

The prawns were plentiful, expertly cooked, just spicy enough, as I had ordered, and topped with wonderful fresh coriander- absolutely delicious! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his soup too.

The service is worth mentioning too, as nothing was too much trouble. Also we felt it was extremely good value.

Well done Fusion. You have got it right. We will be back again before we depart. We were - to another excellent meal. Don't miss this place, pretty courtyard too.

“Loved the waiter!”
Reviewed 7 March 2014

This restaurant, according to my hosts, had moved to a new location and taken on a new staff. The waiter made the night. Funny and self-depricating. (ie. We do not have the creme brulee, and I haven't seen any creme brulee in the months I have worked here.) Appetizer (bruschetta) and main courses were excellent. Desserts were very nice as well. We ate in the central courtyard which was quieter than the main dining area. A very pleasant meal and evening.

“Great restaurant but small servings”
Reviewed 17 February 2014

Fusion is a charming little restaurant with an imaginative menu and quality chef. You can sit in a typical Antigua courtyard but it doesn't have all the charm of many of the hotel courtyards around. It is actually shared with two other restaurants so it can be a little hectic. Unfortunately, the chef, who is supposed to be terrific, was out that night and they wouldn't serve the lamb chops without the chef's personal touch. We did have excellent food. We start with an appetizer of Spicy Shrimp in olive oil, jalapeno and cilantro served in an iron skillet. This was excellent. We order pork tenderloin with prune and goat cheese served in a marrow sauce. It had three small medallions. Great tastes but small. We also get scallop risotto that was also tasty but a small portion. The flavors are great but it is a little frustrating on portion size. I would still recommend it, especially if you are not that hungry.

“Undiscovered gem”
Reviewed 7 February 2014

This was a very pleasant restaurant - no wait, friendly service, nice courtyard in the back. We had a nice brochette appetizer and a delicious steak with mushroom sauce. The meat was really tender and flavorful and cooked perfectly. They also had purified water at the restaurant so you don't have to buy a bottle. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly, polite and helpful and the food service was fast (for Antigua standards).
