My friend and I had an amazing experience in our recent trip to Guatemala during Thanksgiving break! The hotel's accommodations are very nice, and I particularly appreciated the free wifi. The location in the town is also ideal (2 blocks away from the central park and a couple of blocks away from the "arco"). However, what really made my stay amazing was the attention from the hotel's staff. Leidy and Rocio (the two main managers at the hotel) were incredibly helpful in helping me plan my travels. I had a LONG back and forth email chain with them leading up to my trip in which they helped me plan my itinerary (which included a day trip to Tikal, a hike to the top of the Pacaya Volcano and a trip to Lake Atitlan). It's crazy to think how much we were able to pack into just 3 and a half days, and it was definitely made possible by the help we got from the hotel staff.
