“A must see in this town”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 September 2013

Nice spot, but they could do with some better shops and a couple of nice cafés. You might find some nice handicraft here at a good price, among all the tourist crap. The passage takes one minute to see, so don't miss it!

“Lovely architecture but rather glum”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 August 2013

It has to be admitted that the architecture is beautiful and so worth passing through, but the Passage is in desperate need of some love.

The beauty of the place is lost because it feels so dingy and neglected.

We visited on a bright sunny day, but the sun didn't seem to be able to battle its way through the glass skylight to the shoppers below.

Given that Odessa has so many upmarket shops, it is a shame that this area has not been given a bit more tender loving care to attract them to it.

“great”

This Passage in the Odessa centre near the main pedestrian zone boulevard (De Ribas blvd) is such a great place - feels like being in Italy.

“An architectural oasis”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 May 2013

The Passage is situated at the main pedistrian street Deribasovskaya in Odessa and are well worth a visit.

The architecture is fantastic. When you stroll into the Passage a new world of architecture open in front of you. It is a silent place.

The shops in passage are not interesting and probably you forgot to look at them, because the architecture is so interesting and take all your attention.

“Great architecture - mediocre shops”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 April 2013

One of the premier examples of civil architecture from the glorious past.
Filled by mediocre shops not doing justice to the ornate decorations.
