This apartment is in the old and atmospheric part of town just a short walk from all the main attractions. There is a little supermarket close by as well as many really good restaurants. Although small the studio has everything a couple would need for a short stay. The best thing is the terrace from which you can even glimpse the sea.
The apartment manager is friendly and helpful and the airport transfers arranged by the owner meant we had a smooth and stress free arrival and departure.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Split it had everything we needed and a beautiful terrace perfect for sunbathing and dining. It is in a perfect location surrounded by beautiful traditional buildings and so close to the palace as well as the Marjan with all its beautiful beaches. Also close by are some lovely little restaurants on small streets which we really enjoyed. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

We have stayed in a few apartments in Split but found this to be the best so far - good size and having terrace made all the difference. The location was ideal, close to some of the best restaurants and short walk from Riva but without the late night noise of the old town. Also close to Marjan for wonderful views of Split & good to escape heat. The manager Ivana was friendly and very helpful - we would definitely book here again.

Wonderful location, wonderful hosts.
So pleased we stayed here.
Our hosts Lorraine and Al gave us lots of tips. Also put us in touch with an Agent to arrange a super outing in the Croatian countryside.
Clean, modern and great great location. Soooooo cosy.

Spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Studio Loza in August 2012. The studio is in a great location, close to the Riva and Marjan and has some of Split’s best restaurants on its doorstep. The studio is spacious, very well equipped, clean and comfortable and has a lovely terrace, so you can sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. Excellent find - highly recommended.

A very nice studio apartment with wi-fi and a wonderful terrace for breakfast and sundowners. Easy walk to the town center, with great neighborhood restaurants (try Fife) and just a short walk from the cafe overlooking the town (whence our picture was taken), though about as many far vertically as horizontally. Exceeded our expectations
