Why this kebab I like the most? Because they are baked on the grill with real fire, put in soft somun (one kind of bred) with the addition of onions and sour cream (it's a cross between sour cream and cottage cheese). Another serves them with chutney, it was not originally Bosnian. Otherwise, there is another restaurant (except in this photograph, which is located at the beginning of the area called Varos) above the famous beach Bacvice. It was the first fast food restaurant in Split, which is produced in the same manner as in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Name of the restaurant was created by combining the beginning called beach Bačvice and the second part of our called "ćevapi". In Bosnia, not eating quickly, everything is working slowl :) So this first restaurant is not fast food than slow food, it has a couple of tables in the shade of the trees. Sit in peace, without hurry, you can enjoy the "Ba-će" (attach photo). Sometimes we buy them when we are not having to cook and becouse it is close to our apartment. Summer work until very late at night. Recommended for brunch, lunch or dinner!
