Good hotel, friendly staff, food okay, rooms quite good, but the surrounding neighbourhood lets it down. Although a supermarket is just behind the hotel, not much else around and streets are not inviting. Okay for overnight stay but not somewhere to spend a week as a base for touring area.

We stayed here and found the place to be good value. The rooms are huge, clean, comfortable and quiet. Food was nothing spectacular but adequate.
The hotel was full and Wi Fi hard to access until first thing in the morning.

Spent couple days there during the December 2013, room was clean and spacious (+ free wi-fi) , helpful stuff at the desk. Spa center was very good but could be a problem in the peak of the season, not so big as well so it could be little bit crowdy.
Dinner was great, had some sea specialities , didn't have breakfast cause we had good deal through local site so we ate most of the time outside the hotel. You can reach main attraction by foot - 10/15 minutes, local stores all around the hotel and behind the corner is Joker- big shopping center
I would stay there again and def.recommend it!

Checked in after two days in one of Splits less quality hotel/apartments and it's just what you want to make your stay delightful. Local and friendly staff who chat and recommend ways to enjoy your stay (not the tourist way), the food and drink are cheap compared to UK 5* , the rooms are crisp and comfy which is just what you need. Oh and all the major DJs stay here so you get to say hello to some cool people. Full Spa and Pool facilities on site!

Stayed here for a night with the tour group and it was a pleasant stay.

1. Our room was of a good size and it's got a contemporary design. The bathroom was spacious, clean and it got two sinks.

2. The hotel is located on a main road with a grocery store across the road from the hotel where you can buy food/drinks/liquor/meds etc. There is a big shopping mall located around the block as well. Mostly saw local people around the hotel. Our guide told us that Diocletian Palace and the old town is a little over a mile away. There is a bus you can take from the front of the hotel directly to the old town or hop onto a taxi.

3. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant arranged by the tour company and it was good. The staff didn't look happy or friendly but they were efficient, taking orders, bringing out plates and cleaning up the tables for deserts, etc (for a group of 40 people and seemed like there were other tour groups as well). Breakfast was a buffet and it was good.

It's a very modern hotel but it's a little over a mile walk to Diocletian's Palace and Old Town Split. The staff at this hotel is likely the most confused out of all of the staff at the other hotels we stayed at in Croatia. The breakfast is a buffet but likely the worst breakfast buffet out of all the hotels as well. The room was spacious but not perfectly clean. In fact, we found many hairballs on the floor. Also, the shower wouldn't stay up and would leak all over the floor based on the layout of the tub. The toiletries were in a bottle where you couldn't squeeze any out but midway through our stay, they changed the bottles which made it a lot easier to use. The gym was in the basement of the hotel and one of the treadmills barely worked and there were no gym sized towels. For how modern the hotel looks from the lobby, I would have expected more.
