Hotel rooms were very clean, stylish and quite roomy. Despite that the neighborhood felt a little sketchy at night and the room was very expensive. I don't think I would stay here again as I could get a lovely room on a beach in split for less money.

Hotel provides most necessities for a good stay. Room is very clean and spacious and has the most of things you will need during a stay. New bedsheets each night, daily proper cleaning and generally rooms in good condition.

Breakfast is alright but nothing extraordinary. Staff is very polite and helpful.
Reception always seemed to be in a rush, not always looking up from the desk to greet guest coming in and out of the hotel.
Gym facilities are very good, could want them to open one hour earlier though (not at 0800) for earlybirds who wants to make the most of the day.

It's the only five star hotel in Split but if you want to book something fancy, spoil yourself and so on, I don't quite understand why it has five stars. Would have stayed closer into town (about 20 min walk, but we felt safe) as maybe a lower star rated hotel would provide the same.

Stay here as part of a group tour. Accommodations were good, breakfast was very good. However, the location is not that great. It has a shopping mall with a supermarket within walking distance so that was convenient. We only stayed one night and were taken by bus to the city center and it took about 15 minutes to get there.

Stayed one night with a tour group. Our arrival dinner was just OK as was the breakfast buffet. The hotel is located more than a few blocks from the harbor and palace area so we did not return there after dinner. We did walk around the "mall" behind the hotel. Our room was spotless and quite large. The internet connection was very fast and the room A/C was very good. The staff seemed a bit aloof but they were very helpful when approached.

We booked this as google maps show it near the station. They have the station location wrong, the hotel is a taxi ride away. Not exactly the smart end of town, nevertheless it is a 15 minute stroll to the Diocletian Palace and all the eateries on the waterfront and around the Palace. It is a very smart hotel, with excellent rooms and seems to service the coach loads. Why such a nice hotel was built in such a daggy location is a mystery to me. Free wifi to the rooms with good quality. Good buffet breakfast and excellent service. Double sinks in the bathroom is a novelty. There is a comments book open at the desk and 50% of comments bemoan the lack of tea and coffee making in the rooms! a common non-feature in this part of the world. Returning to Split, I would stay nearer the harbour and the action (and the actual station).

Room Tip: It is elevated at the back so more view but not a pretty one

Dear Chase_Mollys,

So glad you loved the Atrium hotel, our rooms, breakfast and most of all - our service.
We are sorry to hear you had any issues while staying here but we can recommend some options. There is a bus station just outside the hotel and the bus goes directly to the city center. We can also advice affordable taxi operator if you prefer more comfort.
We are looking forward to welcome you back in our hotel again.

Sincerely,
The Atrium hotel's team.

The hotel was ok. The location was not great and took 20min walk to the city centre. The staff at front desk were not friendly and seemed to always be in a rush. The bar was mostly left unattended and our rooms didn't get cleaned because we left one room key in the door. No one advised us we had to remove that to have our room cleaned. The only saving grace was one nice staff member Ivan the bartender who ran both the bar and restaurant!

Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with valuable feedback of your stay at the Atrium hotel.
I am sorry that your room was not cleaned but it is hotel policy that housekeeping do not enter the room if the light is lit which in your case was, due to the key being in the slot in the top of the box.

We appreciate your comments and will endeavor to improve our services.

We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

With best regards,
The Atrium hotel
