Lovely room, decorated in a Venician style mix of old with new twist. The gold ceiling with modern Venetian chandelier was beautiful focus point in this spacious room. Desk & vanity provided his & hers space. Bathroom new, clean, great shower, good use of small space. Welcome fruit basket and sherry, all added to feeling of gracious hospitality. KITCHEN 5, the adjoining cafe, serves the hotel breakfast (included). Very good
full buffet, meats, cheese, nuts, granola, yogurt, fruit, and omelettes made on request. Tony, the morning server, was friendly, efficient, and a bonus to the hotel guests.
The location was excellent for exploring the waterfront RIVA and the inner Old Town town area. Our concerned about Piazza noise was completely unnecessary as the room was blissfully quiet. Our room #101, was facing the side area, and right next to the reception desk, but we never heard a sound.
Finding the main entrance, on side street, was a little difficult, so we were very happy the hotel provided pick up & drop off in their electric cart. Definitely a plus, as there are no cars or taxis allowed in Old Town. Though not far from port where we arrived, ginding our way, pulling bags through hussling people, cobblestones streets, and in our case rain, would have been difficult. We greatly appreciated the hotel proving this shuttle service!
Excellent front desk, Melaine, friendly, gracious, effecient, greeted us at our early arrival, stored our bags, gave us a map and directions. Later she researched our options for transportation to Zagreb, and booked it for us.
There is no elevator to 3rd floor reception. The hotel helped with baggage, so it was not a problem for us, but it would not be suitable for wheel chairs or disabled.

Hotel is centrally located which is a real bonus. Staff at the Hotel are brilliant, ever so friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was nice on the ground floor where you could watch passing traffic. Not many rooms with views but we understand upper levels will be available shortly and will look over the square. The hotel has obviously been refurbished and is so fresh and clean looking and very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is also excellent and we were able to get an evening meal even after arriving late at 9pm. A tuk tuk was arranged to transport us to our ferry when leaving which was so convenient. You will love staying at this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great position. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice touch is a golf cart that takes you into the old city as no cars are allowed. When booking a room not facing the main square ( nothing available) be warned that you look onto a wall and room a bit dark. Tea and coffee stations not available and would be a nice touch to add into the room considering it’s supposed to be a 4 star. Breakfast at adjoining Restuarant excellent and funky. Hotel centrally located - brilliant position.

Me and my friend stayed here for a couple of nights and we were both thrilled with this hotel and the adjoined restaurant. What I liked the most wasnt even the perfect location or the beautiful setting, but the ever attentive staff. Both the receptionists and the wonderful staff at breakfast and dinner made us feel welcome and as they were sincerely happy to have us. Would recommend and come back!

The hotel is in the heart of Split, everything is reachable by walking and it’s on the most attractive position, facing the square: The service in hotel is absolutely outstanding, willing to help you with every little thing. The hotel is on the highest level, from the beautiful rooms, to food in the hotel’s restaurant Kitchen 5, breakfast and other things..

I would definitely recommend it if you want the best hotel experience in Split!!
