“Can't fault it!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 April 2014 via mobile

I went to this restaurant with a group of 11 and I have only good things to say. The waiters were patient and attentive throughout and happily translated the bill for us at the end. The food was unbelievable. Most of us orderrd seafood and for me it was the best shrimp risotto I've ever tasted- very fresh. It was nice to try something a little more special after the carbon copy Italian restaurants within the walls.

“Pretentious and well over-priced.”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 April 2014

We only went to this place as it was right next door to our hotel and did not want to walk far after a long journey. 4 lads from the hotel had eaten there the night before and had already warned us so we only have ourselves to blame. They spoke french from the moment we arrived fully knowing we were english and the average price of a starter is £14, never mind prices for mains. I had a steak which was served with a few fries and cost well over £25 and wine was over £20 a bottle, there are lots of fantastic places to eat in Dubrovnik and this is not one of them, walk on by and get within the city walls would be my advice.

“Excellent! Fish so Fresh you shouldn't miss it!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 November 2013

We were a big group - we kept arriving in dribs and drabs and the staff were amazingly accommodating - adding bits of table and chairs and ensuring that somehow they got us all caught up with each other in terms of timing the courses, so that in the end we all had our main courses at the same time - now that is classy service for a restaurant. The food was excellent - we almost all had fish of one kind or another and it was deliciously fresh and beautifully presented and just the right amount. Just one note - if you ask for a Latte Macchiato (and this is not unique to this restaurant!), you will get an espresso coffee with a small jug of milk :-). I thought it ended up being quite pricey, but it was very good.

“Cmon you cannot beat this place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 November 2013 via mobile

The old city places are tourist traps. This is a real restaurant. The food is amazing. I had mushroom risotto and the anchovies are the incredible. Dario is the best waiter. The views to the old city are the best.

“Delicious fresh food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 October 2013

This was the 1st place we stopped at to eat upon arriving in Dubrovnik, based on our driver's recommendation.

It did not disappoint.

You are sitting across from the city walls and can see all the people coming and going below you, without being too close.

Our server Danyel was very friendly and polite.

We had the catch of the day, fresh grilled sea bass and it was delicious.
We also had a nice Caprese salad, a nice fresh glass of local rose. Yumm!
