“Clean Spacious Apartment, Well Located for Exploring the Area”

My wife and two children spent 11 days in the apartment. It is clean, well maintained and spacious. Be aware it is on the 4th floor with no lift, not a problem for us but would be an issue if you had mobility problems. The plus side of the height is fantastic views of the port and mountains from the balcony. One bedroom has a double and the other two have twins so great for a family. One of them is with bunk beds and the top bunk doesn't have guard. The apartment is air conditioned and despite high temperatures whilst we were there it was always cool and comfortable at night.
The location of the apartment is spot on if you want to explore the area. If you just want to visit the Old Town it is probably not the place for you (20-30mins walk or 10mins bus) however IMO two day trips to the Old Town is plenty. From that point on the Port is a better spot, all the boat trips and coaches leave from here, so it is great for Elphiti isles and Cavtat etc If you fancy an easy day the port has some nice restaurants and you can spend time spotting superyachts!
There is a beach about 15min walk away which like most of the other beaches around Dubrovnik is rocky and not great for kids. My advice for a beach day would be to get the Lopud ferry from the port, it is very cheap and drops you right at a beautiful sandy shallow beach for the day.

All in all lovely apartment in a great spot for a longer stay where you want to explore further than the Old Town.

“Absolutely Perfect!”

My husband and I met his parents and a cousin and her husband in Dubrovnik after a vacation on our on in Rome so there was a total of 6 of us from the end of July to the first few days of August. I was a first time traveler but the rest of the party hadn't been there since the 70s or early 90s so we were all kinda new. We communicated immediately after booking very easily with Sanja who proved to be so much help. We arranged transport from the airport and as soon as we got our luggage, we saw Sanja with a sign. She was super friendly and during the drive to the apartment, she gave recommendations for activites and sites. We also arranged pickup for our cousins two days later and it went very smoothly as well.

The apartment was extremely clean, and I'm an attention to detail type. There was cable television and the wifi worked GREAT! The kitchen had everything need and it was nice to be able to prepare full meals some nights. The view was beautiful especially looking at the port at night. The location is absolutely amazing. There is a small supermarket with fresh bread right across the street. Banks, shops, resturants, and of course the beaches are all within walking distance. The bus stop is also right across the street and the bus to Old City runs at least every 15 mins and takes no more than 10 mins to get there.

My husband and I walked every day along the port to go to the beach. There is a walking trail that takes you along several beaches so you have your choice. There are a lot of steps going up to the apartment, however, my husband's parents (70s) and his cousins(50s-one with a knee injury) had no trouble throughout our entire 10 day stay. Our main reason for visiting Dubrovnik was to see two Monstaries in Medjugorje and Montenegro. Sanja helped arrange a rental van for the 6 of us for two days and a driver-Marco who was familiar with the area. Any questions we had were answered and it was absolutely a no stress vacation! If you're on the fence book here! These guys went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible and I can't say enough about this team AND the accommendations.

We're already planing our trip next summer!

Thank you again Sanja, Marco, and Ana :)

“Look no further--this place is IT!!”
Reviewed 15 June 2014 for a stay in June 2014

This apartment is located just a short walk --or bus ride--into the old town and is the prefect location with a fabulous view of the harbor.. Three comfortable bedrooms easily accommodated the five of us and was provisioned with all the essentials. Mato was the KING of making us all feel at home--he went above and beyond to help us with our every need be it --directions assistance, house tips, transportation, dinner and spa reservations...he couldn't have been more accommodating. Highly recommend this property
