House hilda 2 was a fabulous apartment to stay in. the location was ideal being within the walls, it was large, clean and spacious and Srdan was very friendly and helpful.
There are a lot of steps in Dubrovnik including upto the apartment but there are plenty of places to stop to catch your breath if you need to
Srdan was a great host , maintained regular contact before we arrived , met us at the taxi rank and walked us to the apartment . The apartment is very clean and well equipped , air conditioned and a great view of the city walls.
Srdan was easily contactable during our stay and even helped try to source a repair centre when my camera malfunctioned .
Great place, great location, awesome time. Would definitely recommend if your planning a visit to Dubrovnik
The host, Strdan was very nice and helpful and the appartment is located in the heart of the old city. Srdan was kind enough to give as information about the nearby beeches and restorants and helped us with our luggage. Wonderful place to stay in Dubrovnik!
Location superb. Quiet yet short walk ( via lot of steps !) to all main attractions.
Well equipped apartment in immaculate condition.
This is a spacious, modern apartment in a traditional Dubrovnik house. It’s very well situated - the town centre is only a few minutes away but the apartment is very peaceful and quiet. It’s near the Buza Gate so it’s convenient for the cable car and buses to other destinations.
There are two large bedrooms with big comfortable double beds and air conditioning. The apartment contains everything you could possibly need for a very pleasant stay. The view from the windows is fantastic! You can see across the terracotta rooftops of Dubrovnik to the city walls and the sea.
Srdan was extremely helpful. He gave us lots of information about Dubrovnik and helped us with our cases on a very hot day!
Thank you, Srdan, for a wonderful holiday!
Spotlessly clean two-bedroom apartment in the shadow of the Minčetta tower, looking out over the old town. Friendly host Srdan met us at the Buža gate and walked us five minutes to the apartment, his family's former home. Nicely redone kitchen has all the pots, pans, and dishes you could want, although we would have also liked an electric kettle and instant coffee, salt/pepper, etc. Bathroom was also recently remodeled and has a great shower.
Other apartments and a hostel nearby sent a moderate amount of foot traffic passing past our window, but far less than on the streets closer to the Stradun. It probably doesn't get much quieter than that inside the old town! Being up near the wall meant lots of stairs to climb every time we ventured out--not a problem for us, but be prepared for a workout!
We loved the apartment (and Dubrovnik) and were very happy to have found it. Would highly recommend to others who are looking for a more secluded "home base" from which to explore the city.
