Vila Mila is in an excellent location. It is next door to the Game of Thrones shop (for reference) and was a perfect location right in the centre of Old Town.
It is as described and clean however, the second double bedroom is not as large as the picture indicates. Paula though, who we met was very helpful.

Located off one of the main entrances into the Old Town; down a beautiful, narrow alleyway, toward the main street; above a lovely souvenir shop, is Vila Mila.

A group of 7 Irish men and women stayed there very comfortably. 2 double beds, one single bed and a large futon were all prepared for us upon arrival. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, with all necessities provided. Mrs. Paula even greeted us with a thoughtful box of apple juice.

Wifi, air-conditioning, dish-water, washing-machine, ample storage space and 2 bathrooms; everything we needed during our trip was provided. There was plenty of private and social space available, even for a group as large as ours.

None of this however, even remotely compared to the astonishing view from the private rooftop terrace. One of the highest viewpoints around, overlooking the entire town and surrounding water. Hundreds of sparrows would fly over the orange-tiled rooves throughout the day and in the evening, we would sit, drink and listen to the astounding classical music echo from the Opera House not a couple of blocks away. It was most certainly one of the most beautiful experiences of my life.

The buildings location was so incredibly convenient. It's situated beside one of the main gates; close to the main street - restaurants, shops, markets, yet devoid of all noise; a short walk to the cable-car and an even shorter walk to the very important "Irish pub" - which brings me to my only complaint - too many steps home.

It was truly a great experience and I absolutely recommend staying here.
Our host was an absolute pleasure - very responsive, respectful, hospitable and friendly. Thank you.

We will definitely consider returning to Vila Mila in the future.

We stayed for five days with our adult children. Lovely old townhouse but with all mod cons and the most amazing roof terrace where we breakfasted and had a pre dinner glass of wine or two. Situated minutes from the Stradun and close to all the sites but also very convenient for a taxi drop off point at the Buza gate. We would recommend to all but the elderly or very young. You will remember the views across the old town roofs, over the city walls to the sea, as the sun goes down, for years to come!

This rental was perfect for me and my two girlfriends as a city break. It is inside the Old City walls WITH outside space. A rarity. It is a narrow townhouse so there are stairs to go up and down but we spent most of our time in the lounge/kitchen area and on the roof terrace. The roof terrace has amazing views. A couple of cushions for the chairs wouldn't have gone amiss up there though as the seating wasn't the most comfortable, but that's just being picky.

The bedrooms were fine for our needs, two doubles, and one single. It was a very strange encounter with the lady who looks after it when she showed us around. We'd booked 3 bedrooms for the reason that we are 3 single ladies who don't like sharing - and we'd made that clear on the booking form. On showing us the largest double room, she made clear that it was large enough for two so she closed up the second double as we obviously would not need the bedding!!!! I think she just wanted to save washing the sheets at the end, bless her!

The place is right in the centre. I don't think the place is suitable for one with very young children, or those with mobility problems purely because of the stairs onto the roof terrace are VERY VERY steep and narrow! but that said those with mobility problems probably wouldn't be choosing dubrovnik as its ALL stairs/slopes in the town anyway.

Overall a wonderful place. I think with the rental cost should have covered taking the only one bag of rubbish to the bins in the town. We had to take it away with us along with our heavy bags which was a bit off. Especially as we'd stripped the beds and emptied all the bins for her! Fabulous and worth every penny and the owner is VERY good to deal with!

The most magical apartment right inside of the most magical city, the atmosphere and the standard of accomodation is second to none. We had the best holiday and we were so close to everything , the apartment is beautiful, very clean and so computable would highly recommend, could not fault anything, thank you for making our stay so good.
