“Very bad service”
Reviewed 25 April 2014 via mobile

We came here for coffee break. The senior waitress couldn't speak well English. She kept pestering us to order more drinks and food as there were 4 of us. She showed her impatience to us while waiting for us. and when we asked for more cutlery, such as forks, she showed her impatience again. Tiramisu quality is very poorly made. Ordered a pork medallions and it doesn't taste nice too, even with an empty stomach...!

Basically, don't come to this bistro. I would rather walk bit further up the staircase to the other bistro or cafe. If u want the view of the Main Street, buy and ice cream and sit outside the church.

“A fairly good choice if you want to sit along the Stradun”
Reviewed 6 April 2014

This place have an inevitable "tourist-trap" location on the Stradun. This doesn't raise expectations, so you get what you expect. Decent food, basic service and good coffee. A suitable choice for a lunch or a coffee in the sun.

“Ultimate fail! ”
Reviewed 2 April 2014 via mobile

Seeking a late lunch we spotted this great looking bistro perfect for watching the world go by. Ordered drinks and looked over a healthy menu. When we went to place our order we were then informed they were only serving 3 sandwiches; cheese, ham and cheese, and smoked ham and cheese. How disappointing and why was this not mentioned when we asked for menus. This should've been our clue to leave but we thought perhaps a sandwich would fill the void. Perhaps not. This was the most unappetizing hard bread and thin slice of meat and cheese I've ever had. Didn't enjoy it at all.

“Great for Breakfast”
Reviewed 24 December 2013

Amazing location on the Stradun, this café is good for breakfast or an afternoon coffee where you can people watch with the locals.

We preferred this café to the once across the street (Cele) as it was more authentic and full of locals.

“Great location, poor restaurant”
Reviewed 18 October 2013 via mobile

Prime location in the centre of Stari Grad, this is a great place to relax for a coffee. The coffee is good and (unusually for Croatia) hot enough to last a while.

Unfortunately the food is poor and service also quite poor, though meals on the small menu are unusually cheap for this location.

Would reccomend eating elsewhere and relaxing with a coffee here.
