This cute little wine bar was recommended in the guide book and so my girlfriend and I popped in there for a "flight" after dinner one evening. We opted to sit inside at one of the beer keg tables. I had a white wine tasting menu. 3 samples for 50kuna. We were asked if we wanted to share the wine together....so my girlfriend could try some if she wished. The friendly waiter brought them over, together with a nicely presented info card. He took the time to explain each wine in detail. The venue was full of little quirks such as quotes on the wall, books and an acoustic guitar just waiting to be played!
Great value and a new experience for me. Lovely way to round off our evening.

We found out about D'vino's from an inflight magazine - we were intrigued! On our visit, we first each sampled a 'flight' of wine (red and white) and found out about each wine we tried. It was interesting to learn about how different growing conditions affect the grape and wine. We each decided on our favourite and enjoyed a glass (or two) more along with some very tasty 'snacks'! The staff were good fun - especially the Australian owner (Davo, Jacko, Steveo?) and there was a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Oh - and Croatian wine is superb!

This is a very unique spot that's a great place to get a taste of the excellent wine that Croatia offers. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and the wine/cheese/olive platters are a great compliment to the wine.

I highly recommend visiting, drinking, and then solicit their food recommendations. Not to knock Tripadvisor, because it rarely steers me wrong, but in Dubrovnik, I had a lot of meals at very highly ranked restaurants that were disappointing. None of D'Vino's staff recommendations were disappointing.

We had a 'flight' each, which consists of 3 small glasses of different wines. We were given an explanation of which region the wines came from and we had the meat and cheese platter to go along with it. It was a fun experience and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We didnt need to have a meal that evening as the platter was really tasty and satisfying. its just a fun thing to do. Easy place to find as its just off the main street in the old town and is signed on one of the burgundy banners that indicate which bars/restaurants are in each side street.

Great little wine bar with a perfect atmosphere. Server was very knowledgable about the wines anc cheese he was serving and very accomidating, despite being extremly busy. We did a tasting flight, 3 different reds, came with a great explanation from our server of the regions, similarities, differences, ect and what that trio was supposed to show. Wide selection of Croatian wine. Not sure about other wines, but we were in Croatia, so we drank Croatian wine. Local cheeses we sampled were really good. Thier own unique flavor to them, and not trying to mimic an Italian cheese. perfect cute little spot in old town.
