Great location - right in the centre of Dubrovnik but tucked away so it’s quiet. There is a terrace with a view of the city wall and over to Lokrum island. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very well equipped with everything you need including washing machine and dishwasher. Azra helped with an airport transfer and arranged for food to be bought for our arrival. She was available all the time for anything we needed. A great base for Dubrovnik and exploring.
Located close to the city walls and the Buza bar, this 2 bedroom, 3-floor apartment was a superb base to explore Dubrovnik and to escape the heat and crowds in the middle of the day. It is probably the best equipped place we have stayed with dishwasher, washing machine, excellent air con and wifi. And unlike many places in Dubrovnik, it had a rooftop space with a table and chairs on it.
The owner could not have been more helpful or flexible. The only thing to be aware of is that it is about a 10 minute walk from the city gates to the apartment up lots of steps.
We could not recommend this place highly enough.
Arrived at Longlook house at start of their summer festival - got best entrance ever - fireworks !! Azra organised everything - taxi from airport, porter for cases and our shopping so we had some snacks and drinks when we arrived.
The house is tucked away in one of the many streets within the walls of the old town. Quirky but very well appointed , clean and welcoming and very comfortable for two couples. Spent many early evenings on the balcony ( off ensure bedroom) enjoying a pre dinner drink watching the sun go down.
So many restaurants to choose from and many of very good quality ( some a bit pricey) . Recommend Moby Dick ( recommended by kayak tour guide ) very good fish dishes.
Watched semi final and final in the old town and joined in with the celebrations - so much fun.
Sea Kayaking round locrum really worth while As was the 7 day city pass especially if you make use of the many buses to cavtat and the harbour for ferries to the islands.
Many beautiful bars to sit and people watch or watch the sunset both in Dubrovnik town and the beach resorts nearby.
And then there is the ice cream - best ever!!
First time to Dubrovnik, although very busy, was such a pretty place with so much history. Would definitely visit again and would stay at longlook house as so privilege to be able to stay within the walls .
We loved our stay in Longlook House. The property is in a great location within the old city. It’s stylish and very well equipped accommodation in a peaceful location. A short walk to all the historic buildings and lovely restaurants. We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace, with the wonderful view of Lokrum island and the city walls.
There was plenty to do in Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. Some of our favourite days were : walking the city walls, cable car trip - worth it for the amazing views, a day trip to Lokrum island and a boat trip to the relaxing Cavtat.
Azra was a pleasure to deal with, very efficient with emails answered promptly. Airport transfers were organised with Azra and worked perfectly.
A wonderful stay in a very special place.
The Longlook House in the old city of Dubrovnik was simply wonderful. It was extremely clean and had all of the the conveniences that we wanted and needed. It was obvious that Azra and her team put a lot of thought into how they could make this a very comfortable and pleasant experience. They succeeded. We also appreciated that it was in a quiet neighbourhood. I would definitely consider staying in the Longlook House again and would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend.
This is an absolutely fantastic apartment in the heart of the old town of Dubrovnik. To start the property manager Azra was a dream to deal with. Very helpful and always prompt replies. We had arranged with her to be picked up at the airport which worked flawlessly. The driver walked us to the apartment showed us how everything worked, and left us the keys. Azra was also able to make a couple of restaurant reservations for us which was very helpful. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos which is to say beautiful. Each bedroom has it's own A/C control which was nice and the upstairs bedroom has a nice patio with a fabulous view of the walls and Lokrum island. An excellent spot for morning coffee or enjoying a fine Croatian wine while escaping the late afternoon sun. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to dine in and the city farmer's market is very close by as well as a small Kozum grocery store. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is quiet at night. The small office off the second bedroom is full of Dubrovnik guidebooks and other tourist info and there is a printer for boarding passes, etc. All in all an excellent choice for your stay in Dubrovnik.
Beautifully furnished apartment with lots of space for a family of four. Well situated in the old town and near a great bar with fantastic views. Will definitely go back. Azra was extremely helpful.
