Warm welcome. Fabulous room with views over the sea. Great swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa. It has steps down to the beach and free transportation to the city walls by boat. There is a wonderful bar and restaurant area with a library. Good service and, for a hotel of this quality, the prices are very reasonable. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and the food was exceptionally good. Qgain, reasonably oriced. A good range of bar snacks and meals. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt well looked after and that we were in a very special place.

We have just returned from our third visit to this hotel. We never tire of it, and have yet to find another hotel that meets the same standards of excellence. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel like Hollywood "A" listers and looking out over the stunning views of Dubrovnik town and Lokrum from your bedroom balcony or terrace you cannot help but fall in love with the place. The staff are amazing and make sure that every need is catered for. Whenever you request something it is met with the reply "Of Course" and that sort of sums this place up - nothing is too much trouble! In fact most of the time your request is sorted out before you even know you want something! We have already booked for 2015.

Celebrating our 10 year anniversary, there was a lot riding on this treat 3 night break, and it didn't disappoint. From the minute we arrived to the moment we left, service was faultless, and the design of this hotel appears effortlessly simple, but is truly unique. I would describe it as Scandinavian design, where views are maximised wherever possible (even from the bathroom!) but privacy and comfort ensured at all times. We really loved the sun loungers nestled among the rocks, with steps into the wonderfully warm sea. The free scheduled vaporetto service to the old town was the icing on the cake.
