Stayed for 3 nights in May; we enjoyed the large room and balcony (not that there was that much to see, just a view of the Lapad district).
Our room and the hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable; unfortunately the location (like almost all hotels in Dubrovnik) was only average as it was located a couple of miles away from the old town - a little too far to walk on along a busy road. On the plus side it faces onto the harbour where the cruise ships dock and even more importantly, the number 6 bus stops right outside the hotel.
Breakfast, while adequate, was not so well organised as the rest of the hotel. On the three mornings we were there there was usually a group of waitresses gossiping in one corner leaving just a couple of waiters to do all the work. Other than that the hotel staff were very good.
