This was our first time holiday in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The hotel we chose was giving a good deal and it has got excellent facilities. Very child friendly, with friendly and courteous staff from the cleaner to manager. Excellent location, away from the busy part of city. Well connected by frequent bus service near the hotel. Hotel reception namely Kreso and Dannielle were very entertaining to us and children. The hotel has got excellent sea view. It was a good choice for us.

This hotel is part of a complex of hotels and is located right on the rocky coast of Croatia. There is a wonderful walking path along the water that will take you (eventually) to a walking/shopping street in Dubrovnik. The hotel itself is a bit far from town, but the front desk has bus tickets and the bus comes to the stop at the top of the hill about every 20 minutes. That bus is a great link to the Old City and it is nice not to have to worry about parking. We enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffets at the hotel. there was plenty of variety. They always served Champagne at breakfast! The rooms of the hotel were comfortable and clean.

An air con unit positioned so that the cold air is aimed directly at your head while you sleep. A tiny corner shower so small I could barely wash my hair. And the meanness of the coffee facility in the room meant that, as I'd booked a single, I was duly provided one minuscule packet of instant per day.
The pools down by the water are nice. The gym is barely adequate, and you'll be greeted at breakfast warning you that you'll be charged 15 kuna if you dare remove a piece of fruit, instead of eating it there. So no coffee and an orange by the pool for you!

Room Tip: Try another hotel. You can't sleep with the aircon off as it's too hot, but too noisy to try...

Just returned from Dubrovnik where myself and my family had the good fortune to stay in this really wonderful hotel..the hotel had every comfort and facility as well as most stunningly beautiful sea and mountain views, which epitomises Croatia, at every angle ..sunbeds free of charge with towels were at our disposal on the sun terraces and the atmosphere so relaxing..

Our room was a most comfortable and spacious room with excellent facilities: a well stocked mini bar and even tea and coffee making facilities which is quite rare in hotels in continental europe and I think this was a lovely touch...I found the free wifi facility excellent with a fast connection..we had a room with an unforgettable and breathtaking sea view of the Adriatric and of the gems of islands off the azure blue Croatian coastline..

Tthe hotel staff members were most friendly and helpful and we were always greeted with a warm smile wherever we went in the hotel...Krystina in the Neptun bar was a delightful young lady ..Lucia greeted us for breakfast, early each morning ,with a lovely friendly smile..a special mention too of Marina the delightful lady who cleaned our rooms for the week,( we were room 1307) who was kind and most considerate to me and to my elderly mother..she was a delight to greet during the day with her warmth and friendliness and we were very emotional and sad saying goodbye on our departure day to this really lovely lady...

There are excellent facilities in the hotel as I said and the atmosphere is peaceful and tranquil although lots of activity about...the number 6 bus stop is only a short walk from the hotel and this excellent, efficient and inexpensive service made the direct journey of 15 minutes to the wonderful and historical city of Dubrovnik convenient and pleasurable though the bus can be really hectic and very full at times which is understandable being such a popular route

Having a good breakfast on the terrace with stunning sea views, seeing the cruise ships pass, was a delight in the warm morning sun and overall breakfast had a good choice..could not find fault..

All in all we deem this a superior and unforgettable stay and we would so love to come back and stay here again in this wonderful hotel which is part of the Importanne resort group..this is how, in my opinion , all hotels should be run...efficiency is evident throughout yet service is most friendly and personable..

Room Tip: Book a sea view in advance and on the third floor

My wife and I spent four nights at the Neptun. The lobby was attractive, the food was good, and the view from the dining area was wonderful. The room is basic, the view from the room amazing (get a high floor room), but the shower was tiny. The bus service is excellent, and you can reach the Old Town in about 15 minutes.

Room Tip: Choose a high room.

I cannot fault this hotel... The location is amazing with spectacular sea views, and its own little (rocky) beach with steps into the beautiful blue sea.
Room was lovely with fantastic sea view and little balcony.
Staff all amazingly polite and friendly. Food good and lots of places nearby also.
Good bus link into old town. Perfect for a relaxing holiday-you needn't leave the resort!

As a solo traveller it was great to feel welcome but not out of place. The view from my room was exceptional and everything about the hotel felt clean, new and shiny. Walking alone to the nearby bars etc was safe, there were always people around. Excellent breakfast. Staff so polite and helpful. No negatives at all

Room Tip: Sea view!!!!
