Had interconnecting rooms with most beautiful view. Pool and sea area also superb. What ruins the hotel unfortunately is how rude, abrupt and cold the staff members are. Certainly not five star standard and make it quite clear how they would prefer to be anywhere but there! This is especially directed toward the breakfast waiters /waitresses. Turn down service consists of popping a chocolate on your pillow. No turndown of duvets, wet towels on the bed and in bathrooms ignored. Not quite five star standard. Restaurant manager on 7th floor and blonde British waitress at pool snack bar the friendliest and warmest members within whole group. Besides this, the food excellent, and cannot beat the setting of this hotel.
