Booked through Thomas Cook we stayed there for 5 nights in May. The refurbishment has been done to a very high standard, the rooms and bathrooms are excellent and the outside pool areas are very impressive. The breakfast was an incentive to get out of bed in the morning but as they were serving until 10.30 am there was no rush. We read that tea and coffee making facilities were available on request and a tray arrived within 5 minutes of our asking. Only two minor criticisms, our room was not available until 2.00 pm having been delivered by Thomas Cook just after 11.00 am and we never did find a menu outside the restaurant for dinner so decided not to go in and feel obliged to eat there. Bus stop outside hotel for 12 Kuna (£1.30)each way and no worry about missing your stop as it's the end of the line and delivers you virtually in to the foyer.

We were very happy with our choice of hotel. Rooms were nice, beutiful view over the sea from the balcony. Nice poolarea and beach. We liked it was away from OldTown, but still easy to get there by bus. Walked along the beach to Cave Bar and other restaurants in the evenings.

Lovely hotel perfect for our 5 day city break in Dubrovnik. Easy access to the old town and Lapad, the hotel was first class and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Had dinner a couple of times in the Elafiti restaurant in the hotel and a big thank you for Nicolina for looking after us on both occasions. Would recommend the Dubrovnik Palace to anyone thinking of a trip to Croatia.

We just returned from our 6 day holiday. We stayed in a lovely sea view room, and really enjoyed it! The staff were polite and helpful at the restaurants. The included breakfast was really good - lots of choices. We had a few issues with the room on the first day, e.g. with the TV, and bed. When we returned, the bed wasn't fixed. My husband had to lift the mattress and fix the bed himself. Other than that, it was a great experience. We truly enjoyed our stay there.

Dear Guest,

thank you for taking the time to share your experience on Tripadvisor. We are happy to see that you found our hotel to be great and that you truly enjoyed in your stay.

We apologize for the lack of reaction on the bed issue. We will look into this deeper through the maintenance log book, as obviously maintenance team entered the room to fix the TV, but somehow they missed the bed.

Thank you once again for staying with us and we hope we will have the pleasure to welcome you again.

Good 4-star hotel with amazing sea-views

A must is hiring a jet ski and exploring the the many little islands near to the hotel

Good bus service into old town which is great to explore night after night.
